To Those who Believe Wisdom and Creative Ability Derives from anywhere but the Only Wise God...
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD. Isaiah 55:8
Every bright idea, every creative thought, every "original" design comes by way of The Supreme Designer, The Only True and Living God. Though some have perverted the intended fruit or outcome of the creative concept with the degenerate imaginations of their futile minds, He remains the Originator of creativity and the Sole Determinant for our even having the ability to create.
When we see or hear what is perceived to be beautiful: a painting, a melody, an impeccable carving, a pretty dress, a mason's finest work, or even a brilliant electronic device; the entire notion originated with our Sovereign Creator. Outside of Him, there is nothing that is or can be made.
We need not think ourselves so clever. He is the Design Master.
For even our greatest idea is insipid; our ultimate design or creative concept is minuscule, frivolous and meaningless when considering the Creator; what He has done, and has prepared for those who love Him.
What's more - we've discovered nothing. And even what we think we've found was never lost; no more lost than the hidden secrets of our hearts. It was strategically positioned for the use of The Creator's creation...All for His glory. To think or act otherwise is a misuse of what the Only Wise Creator has designated. For just as surely as He has given it, He can take it away.
If you think you can think higher than your Creator, think again... Ponder that thought. And, if for some inconceivable reason you think you can out create or out wit the One who created you, the earth, and the totality of everything that is; your thinking is perverse.
The Creator is All Encompassing. So the thought of surpassing the Unsurpassable One, the inclination of being comparable to the Matchless One; the belief that we, mortal man (made in His image, yes) but who is as small dust in the span of the universe can do anything apart from the Design Master, can only be conceived and believed by one who is synonymous with what is called a fool.
